Responsibilities:

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;


  • Supporting HR Management and overseeing transactions related to employment lifecycle, such as visa processing, employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, employment law and compliance, providing conflict resolution services and communicating HR programs and policies.
  • Handling employee grievances and workplace disputes with fairness, consistency, and compliance, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies and employment laws.
  • Fostering positive employee relations by advising managers and staff, promoting open communication, and driving initiatives that support a respectful and engaged workplace cultur
  • Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to individuals and the company objectives; escalates concerns beyond their scope to Senior HR Manager or Director.
  • Regularly visiting site and other office locations within the location.
  • Preparing reports and conducting basic analysis for review by HR management.
  • Interviewing employees to gather information relating to general factors that affect worker morale, motivation and efficiency.
  • Providing advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
  • Assisting management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities.
  • Evaluating the status and productivity of HR programs and recommends changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assisting with or drives other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.
  • Maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a between 3 - 5 years' experience from a similar role working within a corporate environment partnered with a 4 year College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Professional HR Memberships i.e. SHRM or CIPD are preferred.

  • Proven experience in employees’ relations and grievances.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business documents including complex employment contracts and other legal documents.
  • Ability to perform mathematical functions.
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
  • Knowledge of local and regional employment laws.
