Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and outgoing Assistant Interior Designer to join our
growing design team. This role is ideal for someone with interior design experience who wants a collaborative environment and enjoys both creative and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist lead designer with residential and sometimes commercial design projects from
concept through installation
 Create and update design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals
 Source furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessories
 Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and showrooms
 Manage project documentation, schedules, and client communications
 Support on-site installations and client meetings as needed
 Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
 Assist with photography coordination and posting project updates online
 Utilize design and project management software efficiently
Qualifications:
 Previous experience in interior design or a related field preferred
 Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Tech-savvy and comfortable using design software, floor planning program and digital
tools
 Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
