Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure (hardware, software, servers, networking).
• Oversee ERP systems, data security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Lead IT support operations and resolve system/network issues.
• Plan and implement IT policies, upgrades, and security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC contracts.
• Support production, accounts, and operations teams with IT solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity, firewall management, and access controls.
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration.
• Experience with ERP systems (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and backups.
• Leadership and team-handling experience.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry:

• Manufacturing / Steel Industry (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
