Assistant Key Account Manager

What will the Assistant Key Account Manager role be responsible for?

  • Manage customer relations for existing customers in portfolio,
  • Build long lasting relationships with management of customers,
  • Providing solutions in line with customers’ needs and coordinating intra-company efforts,
  • Follow up competition and take proactive measures,
  • Ensure that close relationship with client portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new clients,
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts,
  • Handle directly key accounts linked to the portfolio and ensure their development and commercial follow up,
  • Collect and analyze existing customers' needs,
  • Develop new commercial opportunities,
  • Handle customer relationship on whole sales process.


What skills are we looking for in the Assistant Key Account Manager role?

  • University degree from related departments,
  • Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships,
  • Min 3-5 years of experience required in account management,(sales background is preferrable),
  • Preferably experienced in logistics or cargo sectors,
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills,
  • Good command in English and Turkish both in written and spoken,
  • Proficient in MS Office,
  • High interpersonal relationship skills and motivation within team,
  • Strong communication with the customer, can act as the voice of the customer within the company and provide end-to-end support in all processes,
  • Has strong analytical and optimization skills, problem solver, self-motivated and teamwork oriented,
  • B class driving license,
  • No obstacle to travel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
