Assistant Kitchen Manager

About us:

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar at the Village at Totem Lake is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager who can lead a team to success through their leadership and skills.

Competitive Salary (salary based on experience and track record of results).

160 hours (3 weeks + ) Accrued Annual PTO

Set schedule with 2 consecutive days off

Qualifications:

• 2 years in a high volume, full-service restaurant. Manager experience REQUIRED with knowledge of ordering, scheduling, menu execution and Food Health and Safety regulations
• Must have strong leadership skills and abilities.
• Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
• Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
