Assistant Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying instruments.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans and translate them into precise site layouts.
• Establish legal property boundaries and prepare site plans, maps, and reports.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Monitor and record site progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update survey records, documentation, and digital data.
• Perform topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys as required.
• Ensure safety and accuracy in all fieldwork and data collection activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid professional license or certification (e.g., RICS, GISP, or local equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS software, and surveying tools (e.g., Leica, Trimble).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
