Assistant Land Surveyor (UAE Infra Exp Only)

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Dubai Branch is looking for an Assistant Land Surveyor to support survey activities for an ongoing RTA road and infrastructure project in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have basic experience in roadworks, infrastructure, utilities, bridges, underpasses, flyovers, and related civil construction works. The candidate will assist the Land Surveyor and site team in setting out, level checking, measurements, and survey documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Land Surveyor in daily survey activities at site.

Support setting out, leveling, alignment marking, and measurement works for roads, utilities, structures, drainage, and infrastructure works.

Assist in operating survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related equipment under supervision.

Help in checking coordinates, benchmarks, levels, and control points as per approved drawings.

Carry survey tools, equipment, pegs, markers, prisms, rods, and other survey accessories as required.

Record basic survey data and support preparation of field notes and survey records.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams for daily survey requirements.

Assist in as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and quantity-related survey measurements.

Ensure survey equipment is properly handled, cleaned, and maintained.

Follow project HSE rules and safe working practices at site.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in road, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.

Experience in RTA projects in Dubai will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, leveling staff, prism, and survey accessories.

Ability to read basic drawings, coordinates, levels, and site markings.

Willingness to work at site and support the survey team in daily field activities.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Candidates available in UAE and able to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Roads, bridges, underpasses, flyovers, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.

RTA project experience in Dubai.

Experience with main contractors or subcontractors in UAE infrastructure projects.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
