Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Logistics to join our team in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the logistics process, ensuring efficient tracking of shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of product. Manage PTO documentation to ensure compliance with logistics and transport requirements.

· Prepare, maintain, and verify logistics documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and transport records.
Create and update tracker reports to monitor shipments and deliveries.

· Coordinate TL (Tank Lorry) release processes in line with dispatch schedules.
Liaise with warehouse, transport, and loading teams to plan and execute loading activities efficiently.

· Monitor loading operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to timelines.

· Communicate with internal teams and external transport partners to resolve delivery issues.

· Maintain accurate records to support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

· Education: Graduation.

· Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
