Assistant Maintenance

Now hiring Assistant Maintenance Multi-Family Communities (Odessa, TX)

The ideal candidates should possess the following...

*Must have HVAC Certificate

*5+ years of experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician in the apartment industry

*Must have 5+ years of knowledge with working on A/Cs in Apartments

*Must have valid driver's license

*Other Certifications is a plus for Assistant Maintenance

*Pool certified is a plus

*Fluent in verbal and/or written English

All employees hired are contingent to a background check and drug screen.
