Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to handle mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in a machine tool manufacturing setup. The role involves ensuring maximum machine uptime, managing preventive and breakdown maintenance, and leading the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and conventional machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Oversee electrical panels, PLCs, drives, motors, VFDs, compressors, DG sets, and plant utilities.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians.
• Perform breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance spares, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintenance documentation.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning.

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of maintenance experience in machine tool / industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to mechanical & electrical maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and plant utilities.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ready to travel or relocate to Saswad location.

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
