Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Corcoran Jennison is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to support daily maintenance operations at one of our residential communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to grow into a leadership role with a respected, long-standing property management company.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and project oversight
• Help prioritize work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers
• Coordinate vendors, inspections, and safety compliance
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervising maintenance staff
• Step into a leadership role during emergencies or in the Supervisor’s absence
• Participate in on-call rotations, snow removal, and seasonal work

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership mindset and willingness to grow
• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
