Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li><li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li><li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li><li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Ability to handle physical workload</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Self motivator and problem solver</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li><li>Availability to work weekends</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
