A transport company is looking for Assistant Manager Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Assist in performance management and staff training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Qatar Labor Law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
