🚀 We’re Hiring: Talent Operations Analyst | Pune

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day activities of talent learning operations and training logistics.
• Coordinate mandatory trainings on Workday, working closely with curriculum teams to upload content.
• Provide administrative and operational support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Engage stakeholders, track attendance, manage communications, and measure the impact of programs.
• Start as an Individual Contributor , with opportunities to grow into team management based on performance.

What we’re looking for

✔️ 4–7 years of experience in HR Ops / Learning Operations / Admin Support

✔️ Hands-on experience with Workday LMS (reporting, session creation, attendance tracking)

✔️ Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting

✔️ Exposure to team management (1–2 years preferred)

✔️ Ability to manage logistics, operations planning, and process improvements

Good to have

🔹 Project management or L&D certification (CIPD preferred)

🔹 Operational excellence and stakeholder management skills

📍 Location: Pune.

🕒 Shift Timing: UK shift hours
