Assistant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented assistant manager to support the end-to-end coordination of supply chain operations and sales execution. This role bridges procurement, inventory management, and sales strategy to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain and Inventory

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Sales Operations

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Support the sales team with forecasting, reporting, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align supply with demand.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and issue resolution.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and supply metrics.
• Use data analytics to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Track KPI and suggest actionable insights to improve performance.

Collaboration

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline operations.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications and Skills

• Study in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
