Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet financial targets
- Monitor inventory levels of both merchandise and store supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Create a welcoming environment for customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates and training
