Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven audience management and activation strategies.
This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and personalization — responsible for enabling unified customer profiles, orchestrating audience segmentation, and driving cross-channel activation across paid media, owned channels, and experience platforms.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on Adobe CDP experience with a strong understanding of data strategy, identity resolution, and digital ecosystem integration.
Responsibilities:
Customer Data & Audience Architecture

Design and implement scalable audience management frameworks leveraging Adobe RT-CDP and AAM.

Define data ingestion pipelines, schemas, and identity graphs for real-time customer profile unification.

Configure and manage data sources, datasets, and identity namespaces within RT-CDP.

Migrate and evolve AAM audience strategies into RT-CDP-based architecture for first-party data activation.

Develop and maintain audience taxonomy, governance, and naming conventions across business units and brands.

Segmentation & Activation

Build and operationalize audience segments for activation across destinations such as Target, DSPs, Ad Cloud, social platforms, and CRM tools.

Implement identity stitching and lookalike modeling to enhance cross-device and cross-channel targeting.

Integrate RT-CDP with downstream systems using Experience Platform Edge, connectors, and custom APIs.

Partner with data science teams to enable predictive segmentation and enrichment use cases.

Ensure real-time audience synchronization for personalization, retargeting, and suppression campaigns.

Data Strategy & Governance

Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to define first-party data strategy, including consent management and privacy-safe data collection.

Establish data governance policies ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving privacy frameworks.

Perform data quality checks, profile validation, and match rate optimization across identity sources.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, lineage maps, and activation playbooks.

Cross-Platform Collaboration

Work closely with Adobe Analytics, AEP, Target, and AJO teams to ensure cohesive data sharing and activation.

Provide consultation on migration roadmaps from AAM to RT-CDP, including capability mapping and change management.

Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and training for internal and client stakeholders on Adobe CDP best practices.
Skills:

5 to 8 years in the Adobe Analytics domain

Digital data management, audience strategy, or MarTech consulting, with at least 3+ years hands-on with Adobe AAM and/or RT-CDP, Adobe RT-CDP – data model, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs) and data onboarding via LiveRamp or similar platforms, JSON schemas, XDM models, and Experience Platform Web SDK.
