Responsibilities

• Train and develop new employees in kitchen management, food service protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Manage inventory control and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, catering options, and promotional events.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Experience in kitchen management and food service operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
