Assistant Manager – Maintenance Company

Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports to: General Manager / Managing Director

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating all company departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, performance efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations (MEP, HVAC, civil, etc.)
  • Monitor job scheduling and service quality
  • Ensure timely completion of work and SLA compliance
  • Handle urgent and emergency service coordination

Department Management

  • Supervise Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Ensure proper communication between departments
  • Conduct regular internal meetings

Staff Supervision

  • Monitor supervisors, engineers, and technicians
  • Approve manpower allocation and shift planning
  • Support recruitment and performance monitoring

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Monitor operational expenses and budgets
  • Approve purchase requests and quotations
  • Maintain reports and company documentation

Client & Vendor Relations

  • Attend client meetings
  • Handle complaints and escalations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business Administration preferred)
  • Female candidate required
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Must have valid QID (Qatar ID)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
