What You’ll Do

• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations
• Lead and develop shift managers and team members
• Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
• Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards
