Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at our modern hibachi and sushi restaurant. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and sanitation
• Manage staff scheduling and control labor costs
• Assist with hiring and training employees
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Oversee inventory and ordering
• Monitor sales and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of responsibility
• Available to weekdays and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
