Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at our modern hibachi and sushi restaurant. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and sanitation
- Manage staff scheduling and control labor costs
- Assist with hiring and training employees
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Monitor sales and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask with a strong sense of responsibility
- Available to weekdays and weekends
