job Description: Assistant Clinic Manager

Location: Sharjah - almajaz 3

Reports to: Clinic Manager / Medical Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operational flow of our practice. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who can bridge the gap between patient care, administrative efficiency, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient journey while supporting the clinic’s growth through targeted marketing and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Coordination & Front Desk Oversight

* Serve as the primary point of escalation for patient inquiries and scheduling.

* Monitor the patient journey from check-in to discharge, ensuring wait times are minimized.

* Supervise front desk staff to ensure professional communication and accurate data entry.

2. Human Resources (HR)

* Assist in the recruitment process: screening CVs and coordinating interviews.

* Manage staff rosters, attendance tracking, and leave requests.

* Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new clinical and administrative hires.

3. Marketing Coordination

* Collaborate with management to execute marketing calendars and social media updates.

* Track the performance of internal referral programs and patient loyalty initiatives.

* Ensure all in-clinic branding and patient educational materials are current.

4. Operational Administration

* Support the Clinic Manager in drafting internal protocols and operational reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Experience: 2+ years in healthcare administration or a supervisory role within a medical or dental setting.

* Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written command of English is essential. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.

* Preferred Nationality & Gender: Preference will be given to Female candidates.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).

* Attributes: High emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.

Compensation

* Salary: The salary for this position i will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualification
