Feast Coast Hospitality, which oversees hospitality brands Original Grain, XO Taco, Fly Bird fried chicken, and Hot Stuff Sauce is looking for a results-driven restaurant manager to manage a new restaurant operation in Syracuse with a focus on leadership, coaching and mentoring staff focused on thoughtful and intentional hospitality.
Responsibilities:

Team building and coaching.

Managing daily food and beverage operations.

Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for restaurant operations.

Building positive relationships with employees, customers and vendors.

Adhering to the food and beverage budget.

Following food and safety regulations.

Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.

Assisting with catering and large events.
-
Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets/goals, and SOPs.

Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
-
Teach, coach and mentor all Front of House hospitality employees including hosts, servers and bartenders.

Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.

Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant POS software.

Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
