Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning

Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve business targets

Lead, train, and motivate the team for high performance

Ensure exceptional customer experience and safety standards

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance

Maintain compliance with company policies and mall regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as Assistant Manager

Background in entertainment, amusement park, retail, or hospitality preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage high footfall and fast-paced operations

Currently available in UAE
