We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our amazing team. What You’ll Do

• Bring energy and enthusiasm to sales, confidently recommending My Pet Garden’s products and services
• Build lasting relationships with customers by learning about their pets and providing personalized guidance
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
• Collaborate closely with grooming and daycare teams to ensure seamless service
• Train and support team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in pet retail or pet services preferred
• A passion for sales and a drive to grow within the pet care industry
• Strong leadership potential with a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people (and their pets!)
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Schedule
Our store operates 7am–7pm (Mon–Sat) and 10am–6pm (Sun). This role requires flexibility across morning, mid, and closing shifts.

• $22–$25/hour + bonuses and incentives
