Job Summary

Sindh Balochistan Coastal Company (SBCC) — a leading seafood exporter from Pakistan — is looking for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements for smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Support management with financial reporting, analysis, and audits.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (M.Com/ACCA/MBA Finance preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Proficiency in Odoo, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
