Assistant Manager – Accounts

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day accounting activities
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliations
  • Handle payroll processing and related entries
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Good command of MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling audits
  • Knowledge of tax regulations
  • Team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
