Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi. Candidates residing near Port Qasim will be given preference. We don't provide transport only fuel allowance.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Manager – Finance to support the Finance Manager in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be a part-qualified ACCA or possess a relevant finance/accounting qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers
• Assist in day-to-day finance operations, including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and petty cash oversight
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for compliance requirements
• Help improve financial processes and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Part-qualified ACCA or equivalent (CA Inter, MBA Finance, or relevant certification)
• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (manufacturing industry preferred or Audit Firm)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills
