Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Description:

To assist Manager Finance and Accounting in:

1. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

2. Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, including reviewing journal entries, payments, and receipts.

3. Performing and reviewing various reconciliations, including banks, customers and payable.

4. Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

5. Handling tax-related tasks, such as preparing tax returns, withholding tax statements, and ensuring timely tax payments.

6. Coordinating with internal and external auditors for audits.

7. Managing the petty cash and invoice processing.

8. Assisting with budgeting & forecasting.

9. Any other job assigned by the Management relevant to Accounts and Financing.

Qualification: CA finalist with strong academic background in finance or accounting.

Experience: Relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting and taxation.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills.

2. Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

No. of Vacancies: Two

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: From PKR 120,000 to PKR 160,000 commensurate with qualification and experience
