We are looking for experienced senior for the role of Assistant Manager in the department of Accounts who is efficient to handle the below mentioned responsibilities.
Immediate joiner from Bangalore location is only preferable.
knowledge in Customs - ICEGATE, Export & Import is preferable.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department for Group’s entities
- Extensive experience in Import, Export, and Central Excise.
- Handle the monthly, quarterly and end-year closing processes.
- Preparation of the Financial statements as per standard requirements.
- Efficient in handing all queries related PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare, compliance related query and process flow.
- Handling TDS , Form 16, Form 24Q.
- Handled indirect tax compliance, including VAT and GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), ITC reconciliation and other GST-related tasks for India and foreign entities.
- Preparation of Legal entity level MIS and other ad-hoc reports needed by Management
- Review of the accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, payroll and utilities, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis
- Coordinate and complete Stock audit, internal audit, statutory audit, cost audit etc for the legal entity.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining files and records to document transactions
- Handling Direct and indirect taxation.
- Coordinate with Audit team for periodical audits.
- Can speak Tamil, Kannada, English.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
