Assistant Manager Administration

We are looking for a sharp, organized Administration Professional to run our day-to-day operations. You will keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including housekeeping, canteen, fleet, safety & security, and premises management.
  • Supervise admin staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective administrative support.
  • Oversee fleet utilization, preventive maintenance, and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies and external agencies as required.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and emergency handling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in a relevant discipline.
  • 4–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of facilities, vendor, and fleet management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
