Assistant Manager Admissions & Marketing

Locations: Ranchi (Regional Office)

Experience: 2–5 years in Admissions, Counselling, or EdTech Sales
Qualification: MBA or Master’s in Marketing / Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Recruitment: Lead student enrollment activities and meet regional targets for Ranchi/Bhubaneswar zones.
• On-Ground Marketing: Organize and manage seminars, school-connect programs, and educational fairs across Jharkhand and Odisha.
• Expert Counseling: Provide high-impact academic guidance to prospective students and parents.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with local schools, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.

What We Are Looking For:

• Female candidates preferred with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Fluency in local languages (Odia for Bhubaneswar / Hindi for Ranchi) is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally for outreach and brand-building events.
• A data-driven approach to tracking lead conversion and enrollment metrics.
