Assistant Manager - After sales Services Department

We are seeking a proactive and results driven Assistant Manager (After Sales) to lead our after-sales operations, manage key client relationships, and ensure service delivery is seamless This role requires team management, operational oversight, and client handling, with a strong focus on maintaining service quality and driving business efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Sales Oversight

  • Supervise and manage Business Development Executives (BDEs) and after-sales team
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Guide team in preparing quotations, follow-ups, and closing deals
  • Train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as primary point of contact for high-value customers
  • Ensure timely response to client queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels

3. Order Fulfillment & Coordination

  • Ensure all orders (maintenance, parts, major repairs) are executed on time
  • Coordinate with Operations team to align scheduling, manpower, and material delivery
  • Track job progress and ensure completion as per agreed timelines

4. Quality Assurance

  • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding service satisfaction
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and implement corrective actions

5. Process Optimization & Cost Control

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Work closely with procurement and operations to optimize costs
  • Support implementation of systems and tools for better tracking and control

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in after-sales, operations, or service-based industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client handling abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on execution and results
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Senior Manager / Head of After Sales, with direct exposure to business strategy, client management, and operational leadership.
