We are seeking a proactive and results driven Assistant Manager (After Sales) to lead our after-sales operations, manage key client relationships, and ensure service delivery is seamless This role requires team management, operational oversight, and client handling, with a strong focus on maintaining service quality and driving business efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Sales Oversight
- Supervise and manage Business Development Executives (BDEs) and after-sales team
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Guide team in preparing quotations, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity
2. Client Relationship Management
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value customers
- Ensure timely response to client queries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
3. Order Fulfillment & Coordination
- Ensure all orders (maintenance, parts, major repairs) are executed on time
- Coordinate with Operations team to align scheduling, manpower, and material delivery
- Track job progress and ensure completion as per agreed timelines
4. Quality Assurance
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding service satisfaction
- Identify gaps in service delivery and implement corrective actions
5. Process Optimization & Cost Control
- Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Work closely with procurement and operations to optimize costs
- Support implementation of systems and tools for better tracking and control
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in after-sales, operations, or service-based industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client handling abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on execution and results
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
