Assistant Manager (AM) Logistics

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of Logistics Executives and warehouse staff to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate rates with transporters and third-party logistics (3PL) providers; evaluate vendor performance regularly.
  • Process Oversight: Ensure all GRNs, stock movements, and dispatch notes are processed without backlog or errors.
  • Issue Escalation: Act as the first point of contact for resolving complex shipment delays, material damages, or site shortages.
  • Inter-departmental Link: Mediate between Procurement, Finance (for payments), and Project Managers to align delivery timelines with project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team or a specific shift.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in ERP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
