Assistant Manager, Ambulatory Operations
Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $5,000

Job Highlights:

• Support the planning and implementation of new care models and clinical services

• Oversee and improve daily operations in inpatient & outpatient settings

• Handle project management, workflow, budgeting, data analysis, procurement, and admin tasks

• Collaborate with Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders to align with hospital goals

• Drive service quality, teamwork, and patient satisfaction initiatives

• Monitor performance standards and support continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in hospital admin or related field

• Min. 3 years of experience in healthcare or service industry

• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

• Independent, proactive, and adaptable to challenges

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
