Assistant Manager (Analyst) - Capex Purchase

Turigram, India

  • Maintain and update commercial trackers for retail projects, including BOQs, vendor contracts, billing status, and payment reconciliations.
  • Prepare cost summaries, budget utilization reports, and variance analyses to support financial planning and control.
  • Generate periodic MIS reports for leadership and finance teams, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Track and manage vendor payments, advance releases, and invoice processing in coordination with finance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for retail expansion, including monitoring project-wise CAPEX.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, audit standards, and documentation protocols. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for timely data collation and maintain all commercial records such as contracts, work orders, and approvals


Experience : 4 to 6Years


Education : Any Graduate/ Masters'.


Key Skills and Attributes:


  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and preferably Macros.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and project management tools. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
