Assistant Manager - Approvals (Project Management/Advisory and Real Estate)

We are a Real Estate firm which provides services in Facility Management, Project Management/Advisory and General Contracting services to various sectors. We have also ventured into Real Estate Development most recently.
The role we are looking for shall cater to Project Management/Advisory and Real Estate Development vertical of the Company. The key responsibilities of the candidate shall be as follows –

  • Working on the Due Diligence assignments focusing on the review of construction cost, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), Project schedule and construction status review.
  • The candidate shall also be required to work on the project approvals and FSI/FAR area review on need basis. • Working on the ongoing Project Monitoring assignments in terms of monitoring of project status, highlighting schedule over runs, budget over runs, project Sales and cash flow management.
  • Review the construction safety processes on site, quality assurance and control.
  • Assisting the Client in identifying all risk elements to the project and advice on managing those risks to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Review and monitoring of the RERA compliances for all the projects.
  • Be updated regarding any developments in the building regulations and trends of the markets we work in.
  • Building process & policies internally.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
  • To engage with clients on regular basis to ensure client satisfaction & delivery.
  • The role may require deployment on site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,894.72 - ₹40,000.00 per month
