Position: Assistant Manager- Backend Operations

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs

Location: Daryaganj, Delhi

Salary: 35k to 45k

Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Oversee end-to-end backend processes (e.g., data verification, documentation, order processing) to ensure timely execution

Ø Maintaining accurate databases, managing inventory levels, and conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.

Ø Tracking fulfillment KPIs, SLAs, and order backlogs to ensure on-time delivery (OTIF) and handling cancellations/returns

Ø Establishing and enforcing quality standards to minimize errors—whether in data, documentation, or Return to Vendor (RTV) processes

Ø Prepare, analyze, and submit daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and metrics on operational performance

Ø Coordinate with departments like Sales, IT, Finance, Warehouse or Logistics to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Ø 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce, or Backend Operations

Ø Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ø Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data analysis tools.
