Job Role:
- Validating and uploading FedEx Inward and Outward invoices on CAMS & Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Creating and processing Cash Claims invoices on Oracle Fusion ERP & submitting to GL team for payments.
- Preparing FedEx invoice disputes and taking up with FedEx Dubai aiming for maximum recovery and timely resolutions. Including active coordination over emails/calls with FedEx Dubai team wrt disputes handling.
- Preparing and analyzing the FedEx Claims and Disputes through CAMS ERP.
- Responding to FedEx and PK country wide disputes. Extracting and presenting FedEx data to seniors on demand.
- Maintaining and reconciling all FedEx Playable, Receivables, Credits, Deductions and Reimbursements on CAMS and Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Updating FedEx rates as per contract revision and highlighting rate ambiguities to PK Sales and FedEx teams.
- Preparing weekly weight variance analysis and taking up with stake holders.
