Assistant Manager- Brand Marketing

Industry - Real Estate.

The Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing will report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies for customer acquisition and to achieve the company's annual revenue targets.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Annual Marketing Calendar in alignment with budgets and revenue goals.

Design and oversee marketing campaigns across print media, digital platforms, and outdoor advertising.

Plan and execute engagement activities to heighten customer satisfaction and boost the overall brand value.

Responsible for in-site branding and the production of marketing collateral.

Coordinate with agencies for content creation and distribution, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.

Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights on their effectiveness.

Continuously refine marketing and customer acquisition strategies based on feedback from the Presales and Sales teams.

Monitor the ROI and effectiveness of various advertising mediums to optimize marketing spend.

Ensure continuous feedback is garnered from Sales and Presales teams to update campaigns, aiming to achieve enquiry and walk-in targets.

Organize customer engagement activities as per the Marketing Calendar to foster brand loyalty.

Plan and conduct Channel Partner engagement activities to strengthen business relationships and drive sales.

Preferred Qualification:

BBA/MBA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
