We're looking for an Assistant Manager - Branding & Content who can bring our voice, identity, and narrative to life across platforms and touchpoints.

About Client
The client is a fast-growing app designed to guide users through rich Hindu traditions and practices. With 500K+ downloads already within a year of launch, we are building the go-to daily-use Hindu app

Key Responsibilities
1. Own the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
2. Plan, script, and supervise high-quality content across formats: reels, carousels, shorts, blogs, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, etc.
3. Build monthly content calendars and execute content marketing plans end-to-end.
4. Manage influencer and creator collaborations - sourcing, coordination, briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
5. Maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice, and ensure consistent communication across all digital touchpoints.
6. Track and analyse social media and content performance metrics. Optimise based on insights and trends.
7. Support brand campaigns, strategic partnerships, and communication across email, WhatsApp, App, and Website.
8. Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
9. Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.

Skills & Competencies
1. Strong understanding of social media channels, content formats, and communications.
2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and campaign management.
3. Strong creative thinking and ability to convert ideas into high-quality content narratives.
4. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
5. Understanding of brand metrics, funnel metrics, and content performance analytics.
6. Ability to drive campaigns and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
7. Hands-on experience with content planning tools, social analytics platforms, and influencer management tools.
