Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst who is strong in business process understanding and possesses a unique blend of exposure to Change Management, and Innovation. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring technology solutions are seamlessly adopted by users and deliver measurable customer value. The successful candidate will drive effective change management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Value Realization

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, sales, aftermarket) to understand their desired outcomes from IT solutions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics related to solution adoption, customer engagement, and business value realization.
  • Analyse data and stakeholder feedback to identify whether outcomes are being met.
  • Champion the "voice of the customer" throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet or exceed user expectations.

Organizational Change Management & Adoption

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans (e.g., communication, training, stakeholder engagement) for identified strategic programs.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments, identifying how new systems, processes, or technologies will affect roles, responsibilities, and workflows across the organization.
  • Partner with Program teams to create targeted communication materials, training programs, and support mechanisms that drive user adoption and mitigate resistance.
  • Develop creative training materials & programs that increases ease of system understanding and usage. Should be able to monitor effectiveness of such measures and enhance them for the newer workforce.
  • Act as a change champion, influencing stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to senior leadership, to embrace new ways of working.
  • Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and continuously adapt strategies based on feedback and outcome metrics.

Internal Branding & Communication

  • Develop and manage internal communication plans to promote initiatives, successes, and updates.
  • Create engaging content (newsletters, intranet posts, videos, infographics) aligned with IS branding guidelines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and tone across platforms.
  • Organize and support internal campaigns, town halls, and engagement events.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree (MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) will be bonus.
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in IT/digital projects in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas is essential:
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM): Experience in doing change impact analysis, communication planning, training design, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Customer Success / User Experience: Experience in customer journey mapping, user research, understanding adoption metrics, and driving adoption of digital solutions.
  • Innovation Programs: Experience in market/technology research, ideation facilitation, MVP definition, business case development for new ventures or disruptive technologies.
  • Strong understanding of various project methodologies (Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Visio/Lucid chart for process mapping).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to derive actionable insights.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and manufacturing processes is a plus
