Assistant Manager - Business Development

Responsible for independently managing the daily operations of a diamond jewellery showroom to drive top-line and bottom-line growth through effective team leadership, product availability, and customer engagement, while ensuring exceptional service, brand compliance, and timely delivery to uphold the brand’s luxury image and trust.

A graduate degree in Business, Retail, or a related discipline is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant retail experience, including a minimum of 1–3 years in a managerial capacity.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in retail management, preferably within the luxury or jewellery segment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage showroom operations, inventory, and visual merchandising in alignment with brand standards.

The candidate should be proficient in sales analytics, team training, and cross-functional coordination, with a deep understanding of premium customer engagement and market trends.
