Job Purpose
- Manage and support the execution of residential B2B development activities by coordinating third party partners, maintaining partner data and reporting, and enabling effective day to day support for international residential sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage coordination for international brokerage and referral partners, supporting partner identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems and internal databases.
- Manage partner enablement activities, including training logistics, materials preparation, scheduling, and follow up actions.
- Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates, ensuring timely data capture and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare recurring operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.
- Support structured partner communications and updates in alignment with approved sales messaging and governance guidelines.
- Assist in incentive tracking, commission coordination, and related documentation in collaboration with finance and sales operations teams.
- Liaise with internal sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to resolve partner related operational, documentation, or data issues.
- Ensure compliance with approved partner governance frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements for international residential transactions.
Job Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or Finance, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 6 years of relevant experience.
- Other Requirements: Holding a market recognized certification in real estate or business development is preferred.
