Position Title: Assistant Manager – Business Development (ERP Sales)

SuperNova Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development (ERP Sales) to support and execute local ERP sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive ERP sales growth, manage client relationships, and support the execution of the company’s business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support new business opportunities in the ERP and enterprise solutions space.
  • Build, maintain, and update a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and help propose tailored ERP solutions.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for smooth client engagement.
  • Support contract negotiations, deal closures, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in ERP, enterprise software, or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of consultative selling and enterprise solution positioning.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
