Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and market share for plastic pipe products.
- Identify new clients, distributors, and project opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the division.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare regular reports on business activities, pipeline development, and market insights for management review.
- Support in pricing strategies, tender preparation, and negotiation with clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in plastic pipes, building materials, or industrial products.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Market analysis and strategic planning ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Understanding of plastic pipe products (PVC, HDPE, PPR, etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills
