Assistant Manager - Business HR

Requirement:

At least 2 years relevant experience in driver or workforce management within the logistics/transport sector.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should have in-depth knowledge in establishing and driving Driver Management systems and practices with experience in Logistics, Transportation Industry and other OEMs

2. Must be conversant with KPIs for Drivers Management, Transport operations to drive achievement of OTD, Clean POD and zero DEPS

3. Ability to conduct trainings for 300 to 350 Drivers of Car Carriers in Hindi, Marathi and English

4. Should have proven track record of institutionalizing the Driver Management system ( Onboarding to Offboarding) to achieve Company Long term objectives and Goals

5. Should have expertise in Change Management and enabling the organization to drive positive enviornment and create higher driver engagement to add enhanced value to customer

6. Should have excellent hands on experience in using MS Office tools (Excel, Advance Excel, Power point )

7. Should have Good attention to detail, analytical ability ( Analytical Mind-set ), Problem solving ability, people management ability

8. Ability to understand the concerns of drivers and proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to solve the same

9. Should be a self-starter. Strong Project management skills required

10. Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills & time management skills.

Job Description:

a. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.

b. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ( Hindi and Marathi is preferred language )

c. Strong observation and surveillance skills. Conduct investigations along with SSV team

d. Proven ability to conduct DDT training sessions to the drivers

e. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities is a MUST. As many a times there are conflicts amongst the drivers themselves

f. Proficiency in MS Office 365 ( Excel, Word and PPT )

g. Meet the Key KPI like Enhance Driver retention and reduce attrition rate.,Reduce Driver recruitment turnaround time,Increase Training completion rate for drivers,Reduction in driver-related incidents or violations, Improve Compliance audit scores (documentation, licenses, etc.).

h. Ability to work & deliver under pressure and make quick, right decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
