Assistant Manager | Business, Project development and Strategies Location: Hyderabad

About the Role
Looking for an Assistant Manager with strong graphic and analytical skills and a working understanding of real estate and construction projects. The role will support business development, leasing strategies, project presentations, and coordination with design and planning teams.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in visual communication, capable of preparing pitch decks, feasibility support documents, and project presentations, and comfortable working across business, design, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Project Development
- Assist in business development and project development initiatives across real estate and construction projects
- Support leasing strategy, market studies, and project positioning
- Prepare investment and leasing pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in feasibility analysis, project briefs, and development documentation
- Graphics & Presentations
- Create high-quality presentations, reports, and visual communication material
- Develop concept diagrams, layouts, and basic drawings to support project narratives
- Coordinate with architects, planners, and consultants to translate ideas into visuals
Design & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with Architects, Urban Planners, Real Estate Planners, and consultants
- Support construction and planning discussions through drawings, layouts, and visual aids
- Assist in documentation related to design development and approvals Data & Analysis
- Use Excel for basic financial models, data analysis, and tracking
- Support market research, benchmarking, and project data compilation
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
o Architecture
o Urban Planning
o Real Estate Planning
o Construction Management
o Or other relevant disciplines
(Candidates with coursework or certifications in real estate, construction, or project development will be considered)
Preferred Institutions
- CEPT University
- School of Planning & Architecture (SPA)
- Or other reputed architecture / planning institutes
Software & Technical Skills
- MS PowerPoint – Advanced
- MS Excel – Intermediate
- AutoCAD – Working knowledge
- SketchUp – Working knowledge
- Any Rendering Software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.) – Preferred
Key Skills & Competencies

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, architecture, planning, or project development roles preferred

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
