Roles and Responsibilities :

● Own and manage the end-to-end rider payout process across multiple cities and regions

● Lead P&L management for the payout vertical, ensuring cost efficiency and financial

accuracy

● Design and implement automation workflows to streamline disbursements, reconciliation,

and exception handling

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Tech, and Ops) to drive

continuous improvement

● Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and robust documentation of payout

processes

● Monitor KPIs and build dashboards to track payout accuracy, timeliness, and cost metrics

● Lead root cause analysis and resolution of payout discrepancies or escalations

Required Skills & Experience:

● 5+ years of experience in operations, fintech, logistics, or Q-commerce

● Proven track record in P&L ownership, financial reporting, or cost optimization

● Hands-on experience with payout systems, ERP tools, or automation platforms

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● A bias for action, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for operational excellence

Bonus Points:

● Experience working with gig workforce or last-mile delivery operations

● Exposure to compliance, tax, or audit processes related to payouts

● Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
