The Assistant Manager Centralized Operations is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of Account Opening, Maintenance and operational transactions received from branches.
Key Responsibilities:

Process day-to-day centralized operational activities including account opening, maintenance transaction reversals processing and documentation review.

Verify completeness and accuracy of documents received from branches before processing.

Ensure proper record maintenance, filing, and safe custody of operational documents.

Highlight discrepancies, missing documents, or exceptions to supervisors for resolution

Prepare and review periodic MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for senior management.

Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to minimize operational risk and audit observations.

Ensure adherence to approved TATs, backlog management, and error reduction targets assigned by Unit Head centralized Operations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field

1–3 years of experience working in centralized operations/back office
